Photography was introduced to me from childhood by my father, Joseph O'Donnell, Jr., who owned and operated a photography studio. My life was well journalized by his photos, which is where I get my interest and experience.

From the subtle to the extraordinary, painting with light in a studio or using the warm rays of morning sunshine to the silver glow of moonlight. There is nothing more satisfying than catching a moment, an instant of time, that when framed brings back every intense feeling.

Most of my photography focuses on people and expressions, though I love to capture landscapes and nature when I have the opportunity. With a newborn son, you can understand why my lens gravitates in one direction more than the other .
